Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust ESG communication strategies that build trust, drive engagement, and enhance reputation
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Comms to develop timely, meaningful, and high-quality assets, including blogs, press releases, white papers, and thought leadership articles
- Develop resources and templates to enable Sales and support customer-facing sustainability communications
- Manage, maintain, and update content and resources on WD sustainability websites
- Support development of sustainability program decks, presentations, and artifacts
- Drive strategy, programming, and narratives for sustainability efforts at key industry conferences and company events
- Organize events and activities to engage and mobilize employees for sustainability causes
- Design employee-facing sustainability training and education programs, driving high participation rates and concrete actions
- Create and promote employee-facing sustainability resources, including playbooks, toolkits, and how-to-guides
