Responsibilities
- Maschinen oder Systeme bedienen: Verantwortlich für den Betrieb verschiedener Maschinen, Geräte oder Computersysteme gemäß den festgelegten Verfahren und Richtlinien
- Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen: Strikte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsprotokolle und Richtlinien, um eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung zu gewährleisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vorgesetzten, Kollegen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und anderen, um Aktivitäten zu koordinieren, Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und operative Ziele zu erreichen; Übermittlung einer Schichtübergabe sowie Sicherstellung, dass Probleme effektiv kommuniziert und gehandhabt werden
- Verfahren befolgen: Befolgung standardisierter Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Protokolle, um Qualität und Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards zu sicherstellen
- Probleme beheben: Identifizieren und Beheben von Problemen oder Fehlfunktionen während des Betriebs und Weiterleitung an relevantes Personal
- Schulung und Entwicklung: Teilnahme an Schulungen und Weiterbildungsprogrammen zur Verbesserung von Wissen und Fähigkeiten; Schulung neuer Kollegen zu Herstellungsprozessen
- Kontinuierliche Versorgung mit Medikamenten sicherstellen durch professionelle Durchführung des Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) Prozesses, Problemlösung, funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Beibehaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein; Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts zur Erfüllung von Kapazitätsplänen und Weiterentwicklung eigener und Teamfähigkeiten
