Requirements

  • Outstanding all-round design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content, demonstrated in a wide and varied portfolio
  • Experience delivering B2C (and ideally B2B) digital collateral in a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Excellent understanding of technical constraints and design regulations for e-commerce, user interface designs, and social media assets
  • Confidence to present a clear design rationale with work
  • Very creative and confident, actively participating in brainstorming sessions to drive digital excellence
  • Knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
  • Ability to produce work that follows brand guidelines
  • Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized
  • Eye for detail
  • Proficiency in digital design for e-commerce, user interface webpage designs, social media designs (including engaging social imagery, e-commerce advertising, eDM designs, illustrations, and basic motion graphics)
  • Knowledge of UX design software (e.g., Adobe CC, Axure, InVision)

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and develop digital assets to support interactive campaigns, including email, microsites, landing pages, social media, eCommerce channels, and online banner advertising
  • Confidently propose and present sound rationale for work, displaying solid understanding of user flows, digital best practices, and user requirements
  • Collaborate with the existing team to ensure designs are innovative and continuously optimized for digital channels
  • Ensure all work is aligned with digital best practices
  • Work in a mobile-first mindset
  • Be an innovative and creative thinker who constantly pushes work to embrace new and emerging design trends
  • Translate technical and business requirements into concise user requirements and wireframes
  • Create and modify wireframes, user flows, functional specs, and prototypes using primary and secondary research and analysis methods to define best-in-class customer experiences across 3M digital channels (3M.com, social media, and partner sites such as Lazada and Amazon)
  • Use existing templates from a Design Pattern Library (DPL) to create user flows and prototypes
