Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of the jewelry category
  • Ensure efficient lead times, cost optimization, vendor performance, and seamless execution of both standard and custom orders
  • Create great vendor experience and drive initiatives with vendors to shorten lead times and ensure on-time delivery to maintain high in-stock levels
  • Conduct end-to-end lead time assessments and implement initiatives to reduce production timelines, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop the capability and oversee daily order validation, selecting and releasing orders to primary or secondary vendors based on capacity
  • Review vendor open order reports
