The position offers competitive hourly pay: Step 1 - $31.01 hr, Step 2 - $32.18 hr, Step 3 - $33.35 hr, plus an additional $1.00 for 2nd shift premium.
This is an on-site position at the Caterpillar manufacturing facility in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. No relocation assistance is available.
Required experience includes using instruments, testing equipment, hand and power tools, jib and overhead cranes, drawings, and wire diagrams; working with electrical equipment, conduits, wires, and cables; and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Understanding rotating, relay, and electronic circuits is also needed.
This is a 2nd Shift, full-time position.
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience planning, installing, wiring, and testing electrical equipment using tools like jib cranes, power tools, volt meters, and testing equipment, along with the ability to read schematics, diagnose issues, and lead others in electrical work.
