Requirements

  • Experience in planning and project management along hands-on technical experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills in English, spoken as well as written
  • Experience with debugging vehicle setups (Ethernet and Vehicle CAN streams)
  • Good programming skills in Python and C++. Rust is a plus
  • Class B car driving license from an EU member state
  • Experience with Linux and Windows based computer environments
  • Experience and training to act as a test driver
  • Experience in machine learning technologies and algorithms
  • Experience in working with and managing car sensory data from the likes of radar, lidar and camera
  • Experience in developing software as part of a team
  • Autonomous driving or ADAS experience

Responsibilities

  • Pull together the vehicle integration engineers as a global team, aligning tasks and plans with the company strategy
  • Assume responsibility of our development fleet, from building through tooling to driving and improving
  • Support formulating hardware requirements and their fulfilment
  • Help to improve and maintain the system on the software as well as the hardware side
  • Combine low-level hardware issue resolution skills, e.g., sensor setup, with software debugging skills
  • Hands-on develop tools to improve software-hardware workflows and data handling
  • Responsible to calibrate sensors
  • Work with various function owners to plan and conduct test drives
  • Help the team to transfer machine learning solutions into vehicles and real products
