Requirements
- Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 9-15 years of work experience
- Working experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway
- Go-getter with good communication skills, ability to challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with company mission
- Learning enthusiast, passionate about learning, following trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
- Hands-on experience in Autosar Architecture and workflows
- Exposure to Requirements Management tools, Design tools (like EA), and Configuration management tools (like GIT)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum SW development process
- Experience with 32-bit microcontrollers
- Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process
- Negotiation and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Work closely with Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint Goals
- Triaging of issues reported from Internal/External stakeholders
- Interfacing with Customer
