Requirements

  • Willingness to follow an Agile approach with weekly check-ins, demos, and quick feedback

Responsibilities

  • Develop an innovative feature from A to Z to help users find people in new ways or enable tools for this
  • Start with user problems, develop a product hypothesis addressing them, and translate it into a feature
  • Test the feature using user interviews, online surveys with users, surveys with non-users in the target group, usability tests, and market tests
  • Collaborate with product & design team to create a product brief for the engineering team
  • Follow up on the project until delivery and monitor results afterward
  • Deliver: strategic/product hypothesis, proof of concept (feature specification), design documentation (wireframes, mock-ups, flowcharts), final presentation with lessons learned and possible prototype demo
