Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proper sampling and analysis of raw and finished product
  • Processing environment sampling
  • Equipment calibration
  • Notifying appropriate personnel when product or equipment is not in compliance with specifications
  • Following all GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP guidelines
  • Performing other tasks assigned by management
  • Potential to become certified operators upon successful completion of certification program
