Requirements

Expertise in FIS Quantum Treasury Management System
Strong understanding of treasury processes including Cash Management & Forecasting, Foreign Exchange (FX) & Hedge Accounting, Payments & Bank Connectivity
Knowledge of SOx (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and control frameworks for financial reporting applications
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, and documentation (system architecture, security, compliance, operational processes)
Project management skills for end-to-end delivery, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, integrations, deployments, upgrades, enhancements
Proficiency in change management procedures and ensuring audit traceability
Ability to coordinate across functional teams (Tech, Treasury, Finance, external vendors)
Stakeholder and vendor management skills, including performance monitoring and escalation
Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOx, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards for compliance, risk, and security

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a product roadmap reflecting business priorities, regulatory requirements, and user needs
Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for new features, integrations, or process improvements
Lead gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, security, compliance, and operational processes
Oversee end-to-end delivery of FIS Quantum solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and budgets
Manage all system changes following Haleon Change Management procedure for audit traceability
Coordinate across functional teams (Tech, Treasury, Finance, external vendors) for seamless execution and issue resolution
Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to understand needs, communicate changes, gather feedback
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring and escalation
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings for alignment and transparency
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOx, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards
Embed robust control frameworks into product operations, including designing/implementing controls, training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
