Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Engineer, with a focus on manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to analyze samples of defective units and recommend changes to products or processes. Experience collaborating with R&D, NPI, and supply chain groups is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Engineer PRMO Manufacturing will partner with R&D and NPI Supply Chain groups to successfully introduce new products into worldwide production. They will analyze defective units/sub-assemblies, report results to relevant engineering teams, and recommend or implement changes to improve product quality and yield. The role involves driving successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) by collaborating with various engineering teams and manufacturing partners, as well as serving as the primary representative for complex development and manufacturing initiatives, providing mentorship, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
