Responsibilities

Shape the Eight Sleep app, driving the design of engaging, intuitive, and seamless experiences for sleep and health optimization
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research & Development teams to craft high-quality, data-driven designs balancing aesthetics with usability
Handle the full spectrum of product design: information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and everything in-between
Conduct usability studies and user interviews to inform design work
Work closely with the in-house customer discovery squad
Use data to inform the success or failure of designs
