Proven experience in implementing and improving Process Safety Management (PSM) systems
Solid understanding of risk identification and mitigation techniques
Knowledge of failure mechanisms, protection systems, and their design principles
Hands-on experience in engineering design and optimization across various unit operations

Responsibilities

Managing and supporting a wide range of process safety activities across the Duxford site
Driving the implementation of a sustainable process safety culture in partnership with EHS and PSM teams
Ensuring alignment with Huntsman’s Process Safety Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines
Participating in Root Cause Analysis and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks
Supporting the commissioning and safe start-up of engineering projects
Collaborating with the Huntsman Process Safety Centre of Excellence to develop and deploy best practices
Leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement in process safety performance
