Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Engineering
- 4-10 years of experience
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain clearance to drive a company provided vehicle
- Experience in installation, startup, operation and maintenance of industrial wastewater treatment equipment (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Self-starter, capable of working independently
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the startup and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Review control narratives and work with integration teams to ensure equipment is operated as intended
- Provide training to customers in equipment operations and processes
- Organize, review and interpret data from customer's plants for process control and improvement
- Communicate technical and commercial issues
- 50% travel to customer sites
- Manage various processes of water and wastewater treatment plants by working with operations personnel and customers, reviewing process data, and understanding root cause issues
