Responsibilities

  • Support the manufacturing process to meet the production schedule and build plan for each manufacturing area
  • Ensure that the manufacturing process is in accordance with the APTIV process build following the approved manufacturing technology equipment
  • Support the action plan for continuous improvement of manufacturing process metrics such as safety, quality, volume and cost
  • Develop process documents such as PFMEA, process specification, preventive maintenance task and spare parts list
  • Attend "MSD" events and ensure that the process manufacturing flow is designed to meet the plant standard
  • Participate in the support of meeting FTQ, Up time & Scrap goals for each process
  • Apply statistical process control tools to launch manufacturing processes
  • Develop, evaluate and implement welding, adhesive and final assembly process equipment
  • Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and energy management requirements and report any situations that may affect
  • Participate in Near Miss and Kaizen programs
  • Comply with the training program assigned to the function
  • Maintain an ethical and professional conduct in all activities developed as part of their work
  • Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and plant policies
  • Comply with customer requirements to ensure a 100% quality product
  • Comply with the responsibilities and functions that are assigned according to organizational changes and / or current needs of the company
