The Principal Statistical Programmer will lead statistical programming activities for clinical projects, including complex ones, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and SOPs. Responsibilities include supporting scope and risk identification, specifying, programming, and validating CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets, and producing and validating statistical analysis results. The role involves creating and validating randomization lists, ensuring compliance with SOPs, reporting deviations, and managing CAPAs. Additionally, the position requires supervising and mentoring programming team members, preparing and delivering training, identifying and implementing new techniques and process improvements, and leading internal initiatives. Effective communication with internal and external teams, reporting issues promptly, and supporting quality assurance during audits are also key duties.
