Requirements
- Expertise in iOS engineering, including building SDKs for integration into mobile apps
- Experience leading small groups of engineers, including offshore associates, on engineering projects

- Skills in leading medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects for Mobile Engineering

- Proficiency in writing and developing code (e.g., JavaScript) applicable to multiple mobile devices
- Experience integrating solutions across operating systems and developing user interface solutions
- Ability to conduct testing to ensure solutions work across platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead small groups of engineers, including offshore associates, on assigned Engineering projects by providing documents, direction, examples; identifying solutions and timelines; reviewing/approving solutions; implementing architectural patterns; and performing design/code reviews
- Troubleshoot business and production issues by analyzing information, engaging support teams, formulating action plans, directing actions, interpreting results, performing root cause analysis, and documenting to prevent future issues
- Lead discovery phase of medium to large projects by partnering with product management, design, project management, business, and UX teams; obtaining approvals; driving proof-of-concept; and implementing prototypes
- Develop innovation strategies, processes, and best practices by leading internal technical teams; partnering cross-functionally; assessing opportunities; documenting scopes; developing plans/timelines; influencing executives; and resolving technology differences
- Lead medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional Mobile Engineering projects by collaborating on requirements; translating to mobile solutions for multiple OS; gathering info (e.g., designs, requirements); writing/developing code for multiple devices; integrating solutions; developing UI; and conducting testing
