Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT Industry as an individual contributor
Deep knowledge of Fidelity Health and Quality Engineering
Excellent programming and testing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
Hands-on experience in Test Management lifecycle
Strong Domain knowledge in Health and Welfare domain
Experience of working with Outbounds and knowledge on File Validations
Strong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG, Rest Assured, GitHub, and Jenkins
Strong proven experience in Software development skills using Java and SQL
Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment – Git, Maven, Jenkins
Demonstrated experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD
Intellectually curious and models a culture of continuous learning
Quick learner willing to adapt and learn new technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships

Responsibilities

Develop software and test through automation
Hands-on with Software Development Life Cycle process
Achieve automation goals for the organization
Ensure good quality product is delivered to customers by performing functional and automation testing
Work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts, and Development teams
Develop, Automate, and validate software with high quality
