Requirements

Candidates must live in Ottawa or the surrounding area and possess deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform. This role requires experience in guiding customers through digital transformations, leading solutioning and scoping discussions, and driving the successful delivery of strategic, multi-workflow projects. A strong understanding of instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health is essential. Experience interfacing with executive, platform owner, enterprise architect, and development teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principal Platform Architect will provide architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for assigned contracts, focusing on large and strategically important accounts. They will build relationships with customer leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy, collaborate with GTM and Delivery teams, and contribute to leading practices, standards, and thought leadership for the ServiceNow platform. This role involves advising on product strategy, helping customers establish a solid technical foundation, and designing solutions to drive business outcomes through platform adoption. They will guide internal and external teams in delivering solutions based on designed technical architectures for long-term success.
