Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 12+ years with a high school diploma/equivalent
  • Mastery of CPQ-related business processes and industry best practices
  • Broad experience with project management, system analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and data modeling concepts
  • Experience working with Salesforce-integrated CPQ platforms, particularly PROS and Conga
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead analyst and subject matter expert for PROS and Conga CPQ platforms
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Pricing, Legal, IT) to understand strategic objectives and translate them into business and technical requirements
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and document use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Define and manage end-to-end solution design and process improvements, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT architecture
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators during build and deployment to ensure solution integrity
  • Lead and coordinate system demos, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-user training to support successful adoption
  • Act as the escalation point for complex production issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities across the CPQ ecosystem
  • Stay current with CPQ platform trends and advise on capabilities and features to enhance business performance
