Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in gameplay programming, with a previous experience in gameplay programming with at least one game shipped, and experience working with Unreal4 or Unreal5 on networking games/online multiplayer games. They should have a good understanding of a client/server environment in Unreal Engine and be comfortable programming in C++.
As a Principal Gameplay Programmer, the candidate will write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code, debug and optimize code for performance and quality, assess and communicate the impacts of code changes, participate in code reviews, work within a cross-discipline team to develop game features, test newly implemented features, and suggest improvements related to usability and general game mechanics.
