Requirements

Mastery of computer science fundamentals and proven track record of designing and building complex, scalable, and resilient systems
Authoritative expertise in primary frontend stack: TypeScript and React (deep React knowledge required; experience with Angular or Vue valuable)
Extensive hands-on experience with backend languages, particularly Python (experience with Kotlin, Java, or Rust a significant plus)
Deep practical experience designing and operating large-scale systems in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) using technologies like Kubernetes
Profound interest in applied AI, including working with multiple LLMs, and excitement to build products leveraging latest advancements
Proven history of mentoring engineers and leading large, impactful technical projects
Excellence in communicating complex technical ideas to diverse audiences and thriving in a collaborative, English-speaking environment

Responsibilities

Shape the long-term technical vision for the Atlas AI platform and contribute to critical architectural decisions
Build world-class UX by turning complex industrial knowledge into understandable visuals and intuitive UI for seamless AI agent usage (remain hands-on)
Evaluate and implement AI by working with various Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to evaluation and benchmarking for complex industrial problems
Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
Champion and refine best practices for software development, including code quality, testing, deployment, and operations in a multi-cloud environment
