10+ years' experience with technical hands-on AI/ML, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science
10+ years of experience with Java, C++, and/or Java
5+ years of experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Keras
5+ years conducting AI/ML research within software development or security engineering
5+ years of experience in writing, developing, and/or presenting formal AI/ML research for both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Responsibilities

Select and conduct forward engineering of algorithms, models, and methodologies in AI and machine learning
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to incorporate AI technologies in applications and business processes
Design, train, test, and optimize algorithms and models to solve complex security engineering problems
Apply big data technology to validate assumptions of models and inform model and algorithm selection
Ensure that implemented models can deliver the key results needed by product teams and that product teams clearly understand what model results, decisions and recommendations mean
Maintain current knowledge of AI/ML technology, especially applications to security and risk management
Collaborate with software architects to select and implement AI frameworks and solution design patterns
