Requirements

1–5 years of experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, Power Query)
Strong proficiency in SQL for creating and managing complex queries, views, and stored procedures
Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques
Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Familiarity with Qlik Sense (added advantage)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Good at requirement gathering and technical documentation
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent) - preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Build and manage semantic models for efficient data representation
Create and optimize SQL Views, Stored Procedures, and manage ETL processes for data integration
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, insightful reports
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions
