Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or have completed a COAMFTE accredited program or a CSWE accredited program. They should have completed supervised clinical experience towards professional licensure, working closely with an LMFT-S, an LCSW-S, and a team of supervising psychologists.

Responsibilities

The Post-Master’s Associate will provide high-quality, telehealth services to clients across various states, engaging in teletherapy and remote assessment while receiving in-depth training on digital tools and methodologies. They will participate in weekly clinical supervision, a weekly didactic seminar, a weekly case consultation group, and other meetings with the Headspace team, and contribute to the development of culturally responsive and measurement-based care plans for clients.
