Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Experience in direct communication with clients
  • Proficient in MS Office and at least one project management tool (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday)
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Educational background or formal training in hospitality and/or IT sectors (asset)
  • Experience in the hospitality or payments industry (significant advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Leading most complex projects with PMS & Payments products after provided training
  • Representing the PMO at meetings with key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Proactive attitude in solving project and team problems, based on data and fact analysis
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans in Project Management Tools, that tracks overall progress, KPIs and milestones
  • Assign internal resources effectively to maximize deliverables output
  • Report project opportunities, risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels
  • Managing communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Working on Projects data coherence, reflected later in dashboards and reports provided for the Operations Management
  • Taking care of projects documentation, database and processes in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce and other required tools according to internal standards within the team
