Responsibilities
- 管理和执行多款游戏业务的本地化全流程，包括沟通需求，制定计划、预订资源、监控执行和翻译验收、LQA测试等。
- 主动与业务和本地化相关方沟通，充分理解业务痛点，提出合适的本地化解决方案。
- 与本地化负责人、语言专家和供应商紧密合作，确保项目本地化目标的达成。
- 主动管理项目范围的变化，识别潜在风险。
- 跟进需求与监控项目过程，及时发现与解决本地化风险，确保按计划达到质量、成本和时间要求。
- 复盘吸取经验教训，交流最佳实践，持续优化本地化流程和标准。
