Candidates should be US Physicians who are board certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, hold active licenses in at least two of the specified states (California, Texas, Florida), and also hold active licenses in at least four of the specified states (Missouri, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, South Carolina). Prior telemedicine experience is required, and a clear medical history without any board actions or complaints is necessary.
The Physician will be responsible for seeing acute/urgent care patients in a live text-based chat clinic, providing evidence-based treatment recommendations, writing efficient encounter visit notes, and staying abreast of EHR feature updates. They will also participate in clinical meetings, EHR/automation product feedback projects, and clinical operations quality improvement projects, with a focus on accurate patient diagnosis and a well-written care plan.
