Requirements

  • No experience necessary (paid training provided)
  • US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years
  • Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
  • Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
  • Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solutions for individual needs
  • Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures
  • Advising customers of potential problems
  • Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
  • Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage
  • Carrying a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
  • Working every other Saturday
