Experience (or affinity) with children exhibiting difficult to understand behavior
Empathetic, creative, and flexible
Strong communication skills

Ability to look beyond behavior, listen to signals, and translate them into development opportunities

Responsibilities

Guide a fixed group of six children aged 4-7 with developmental or treatment needs, together with a colleague, addressing individual needs and group processes
Provide structure, safety, and work goal-oriented on (group) skills in the context of diagnostics and possible transition to special education
Develop support plans
Maintain close contact with parents, therapists, and involved professionals
Contribute to treatment programs within a multidisciplinary team (e.g., behavioral scientist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, pediatrician) tailored to each child's unique development
Use technology as a means where appropriate
