- Active Washington State Bar membership
- Minimum 7 years of professional work experience
- Litigation experience in personal injury
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and immigration forms
- Ability to follow structured processes and achieve specific KPIs
- Proven interest in personal injury law, with a passion for assisting clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build rapport with clients

Responsibilities
- Analyze cases to understand injury severity, evaluate merits, and provide legal advice on outcomes and strategies
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing attorneys, or other parties for maximum client compensation (medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, etc.)
- Represent clients in court during hearings, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials when settlements fail
- Review and file legal paperwork, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests, within deadlines
- Stay current with changes in Washington state personal injury laws for accurate advice and representation
- Prepare every case as if going to trial
- Support the pre-litigation side
- Handle diverse caseload including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and Washington workers' compensation cases
