Active Washington State Bar membership
Minimum 7 years of professional work experience
Litigation experience in personal injury
Bilingual: English/Spanish
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and immigration forms
Ability to follow structured processes and achieve specific KPIs
Proven interest in personal injury law, with a passion for assisting clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build rapport with clients

Responsibilities

Analyze cases to understand injury severity, evaluate merits, and provide legal advice on outcomes and strategies
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing attorneys, or other parties for maximum client compensation (medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, etc.)
Represent clients in court during hearings, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials when settlements fail
Review and file legal paperwork, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests, within deadlines
Stay current with changes in Washington state personal injury laws for accurate advice and representation
Prepare every case as if going to trial
Support the pre-litigation side
Handle diverse caseload including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and Washington workers' compensation cases
