This is a part-time position with classes scheduled during the day, with opportunities for evenings and weekends. The instructor is paid an hourly rate based on the number of hours in the class.
Daytime availability is required starting in September. The role requires the ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom, with a quiet dedicated office space, strong internet, HD camera, and microphone for livestream instruction.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney is required, along with an active real estate license. Proficiency in webinar/livestreaming technology, online instruction, and previous instruction experience are strongly preferred, plus DREI certification.
