Requirements

Candidates must be available 25-30 hours per week, possess previous experience in open-source content research, demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment, exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting research findings effectively, be very comfortable on the computer with the ability to type quickly and utilize various search functions and keyboard shortcuts, and possess analytical thinking skills with the ability to exercise creative problem-solving during investigations.

Responsibilities

The Data Quality Analyst will conduct investigations utilizing open data sources and in partnership with Owl’s AI, ensure findings are inputted logically leveraging the internal platform, analyze external claimant data for quality, completeness, and accuracy, efficiently utilize time and resources to deliver high-quality results that maximize value for the company, maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive information, and operate within company security and disclosure guidelines.
