Responsibilities

Run, change over, and ensure efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines
Communicate changes and plans to team members in immediate area and supervision
Perform required tasks on computer at specific times throughout the shift
Set up and operate packaging equipment
Follow precise recipes and work procedures
Monitor and adjust variables
Perform product quality tests and data collection
React to direction from quality assurance and management personnel
Multi-task and prioritize throughout the day
Use hand tools
Work exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme equipment, and temperatures
