Responsibilities

  • Run, change over, and ensure efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines
  • Communicate changes and plans to team members in immediate area and supervision
  • Perform required tasks on computer at specific times throughout the shift
  • Set up and operate packaging equipment
  • Follow precise recipes and work procedures
  • Monitor and adjust variables
  • Perform product quality tests and data collection
  • React to direction from quality assurance and management personnel
  • Multi-task and prioritize throughout the day
  • Use hand tools
  • Work exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme equipment, and temperatures
