Requirements

Pennsylvania Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
1+ years of experience in an outpatient community mental health setting
Expertise in treating common mental health conditions among college-aged students
Culturally responsive treatment
Comfortable assessing the urgency of escalating risk scenarios
Ability to work with diverse patient groups
Experience with biopsychosocial intakes
Strong clinical documentation skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts and evenings
Comfortable with tele-psychiatry and virtual care

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments
Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care
Engage with patients through collaboration portal
Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers
Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination
Partner with care navigation team to support students
Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans
Participate in virtual NP collaborative meetings and hands meetings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
