  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses
  • Build process capability and control
  • Define equipment standards
  • Lead process benchmarking and reapplication
  • Build capability to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Own, lead, and deliver a live business project from day 1
