Position Overview

Twilio is seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role is crucial for architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications, specifically focusing on Cloud AR, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management Cloud Service systems. The ideal candidate will support key business processes involving Finance, Quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, Collections, and Accounting teams. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and time management skills, a team-oriented approach, and a strong work ethic, capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This role requires Subject Matter Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Billing, AR, Revenue Cloud Service, product and pricing configuration, and cash application and collection processes, with integration to multiple upstream and downstream systems. The consultant will partner with Global Accounting and Billing teams to manage Twilio’s I2C landscape, drive system integration, reporting, automation, and innovation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, planning, architecting, designing, configuring, developing, and testing I2C processes in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. A comprehensive understanding of Twilio’s billing platforms and the ability to build scalable systems for acquisitions, enhancements, and compliance-related projects are essential.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Architect, Design, and Develop: Create platform/product extensions according to Oracle SAAS delivery methodology to meet business requirements for additional functionality.
  • Conduct Design Workshops: Build proof of concepts and prototypes for effective design sign-off by the business.
  • Translate Business Problems: Learn and apply skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions aligned with the Oracle Fusion Cloud AR and Revenue Cloud Service product roadmap.
  • Partner with Process Owners: Define and benchmark operational KPIs, and develop/deliver KPI dashboards and reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), etc.
  • Plan, Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy Integrations: Manage integrations with systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud AR, Revenue Management Cloud Service, Highradius, Monkey, Salesforce, etc.
  • Develop Workflows: Create cost-effective workflows per business requirements, including journal creation, SaaS API invocation, monthly usage billing uploads, and critical month-end process reports.
  • Utilize Developer Tools: Employ developer tools and events for data loads and amendments.
  • Configure Payment Integrations: Develop payment integrations to invoke APIs and create payments with external banks and payment platforms.
  • Manage Deliveries: Handle KLO, upgrades, and stories within sprint delivery cycles.
  • Mentor Junior Consultants: Guide and lead junior team members to ensure successful project deliverables.
  • Provide Business Support: Assist the business team with adoption strategies for CPQ and QTC processes.
  • Develop and Execute Conversions: Manage system conversion and implementation projects.
