Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, testing, and qualification of optical transceiver modules
  • Create and maintain specifications to align product requirements with marketplace standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers to introduce new pluggable optical solutions and manage their lifecycle
  • Support cross-functional teams (HW, SW, FPGA, Product Verification, Project Managers) with technical expertise during integration and testing
  • Provide design support for product changes, field issue investigations, and sales support
  • Drive resolution of issues through interaction with internal design teams and external suppliers
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in product performance
