Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, testing, and qualification of optical transceiver modules
Create and maintain specifications to align product requirements with marketplace standards
Collaborate with suppliers to introduce new pluggable optical solutions and manage their lifecycle
Support cross-functional teams (HW, SW, FPGA, Product Verification, Project Managers) with technical expertise during integration and testing
Provide design support for product changes, field issue investigations, and sales support
Drive resolution of issues through interaction with internal design teams and external suppliers
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in product performance
