The Operations Supervisor – Marine plays a pivotal leadership role within our OSRO Standby Business Unit, overseeing the technical operations, readiness, and compliance of our standby marine fleet. This position is equivalent in scope to a Port Captain and is responsible for managing vessel crews, coordinating dry dock operations, overseeing fleet maintenance, and supporting the performance of our marine operations across the region.

This leader will collaborate closely with Marine Operations Managers and Marine Operations Leads to ensure vessels are staffed, supplied, and maintained according to regulatory and operational standards, while also managing budgetary oversight and expense reporting related to the fleet.
