Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university
Able to obtain an IAT-I certification (e.g., A+CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, SSCP)
Relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering, plus experience in network or system administration
Strong Linux experience
Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management
Experience supporting hardware installation (e.g., servers and network infrastructure)
Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage
Experience implementing security best practices, including PKI certificate generation, deployment, and maintenance
Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C
Minimum direct/relevant experience within the last 5 years (2 years directly related to the job):
Level 04: 15 years
Level 03: 12 years
Level 02: 9 years
Level 01: 6 years
