Position Overview

Runa is seeking an experienced Onboarding Programme Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of a world-class onboarding and launch experience for new customers. This role is crucial for ensuring customers achieve value quickly and consistently at scale. Sitting at the intersection of sales, customer success, product, and engineering, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, building reliable, efficient, and repeatable processes that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of customer onboarding and launch experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance time-to-value, streamline operations, and support high-volume growth.
  • Optimize onboarding frameworks based on operational excellence, technical fluency, and program leadership.
  • Continuously evolve onboarding to meet evolving customer and business needs.
  • Navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and deliver at scale to ensure customer success.
