3 years of experience in similar projects
2 years of experience as an official or operator in transmission lines, telecom towers, or structural assembly in industry
2 years of experience in operating heavy machinery or related lifting operations
Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity applied to machinery
General knowledge of safety in heavy machinery work
