Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in similar projects
  • 2 years of experience as an official or operator in transmission lines, telecom towers, or structural assembly in industry
  • 2 years of experience in operating heavy machinery or related lifting operations
  • Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity applied to machinery
  • General knowledge of safety in heavy machinery work
  • Adequate oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read installation plans
  • Knowledge of structural assembly
  • Work with quality (without rework)
  • Adequate analysis of the risks associated with their activities
