Responsibilities

Responsible for the transportation, preparation, loading, and unloading of product to and from offsite in a safe and efficient manner, compliant with all relevant DOT regulations
Complete all required paperwork from vehicle to the offsite, such as Bill of Lading and driver vehicle inspection report
Ensure the vehicle used for transportation to and from the offsite is maintained for safe operation and follows designated routes established by store director for maximum efficiency
Pull product, organize, and store reserve product correctly to ensure backroom accuracy is maintained
Maintain product availability on the salesfloor
If certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise as necessary at the offsite and the store backroom
Safely and efficiently operate vehicle(s) following established routes, routines, and policies, including not using mobile devices while driving
Understand and leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or guest issues; notify leader(s) as needed
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive up (DU), maintaining compliance (e.g., with adult beverage laws)
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging to solve their needs, and thanking them
All other duties based on business needs
