Requirements

Able to accurately grasp character settings and narrative directions, with certain script writing abilities
Possess certain visual design and packaging guidance capabilities
Have more than 3 years of narrative CG director experience, with independent directing game-related animation works
Familiar with the production process of illustration animation, frame-by-frame animation, CG, and engine animation. Game, animation, and digital media art related majors are preferred
Have a unique insight and aesthetic for narrative animation production. Works with game project narrative animation are preferred
Able to independently solve specific technical problems in each chain of the production pipeline. Possess strong storyboard drawing ability
Have AI tool proficiency is preferred
Have good communication and collaboration skills, embrace change, and be able to quickly understand and learn new things
Overseas project background, foreign language ability, or excellent experience in dialogue design and copywriting are preferred

Responsibilities

Independently responsible for directing IP plot content
Based on node requirements, quickly understand and sort out core narratives, visuals, write director explanations, provide production references, and outline quality standards and specifications
Possess the aesthetic ability to draw storyboards and modify storyboards, and can guide art settings, camera voices, and visual effects performances. Provide comprehensive quality solutions throughout the process
Responsible for coordinating and following up on the production of content in various stages with production suppliers, and participate in feedback and review work
