Requirements

  • A passion for athletes*, innovation, and the future of sport
  • Enrolled in a Master's program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in engineering, product development, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of work experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, embrace ambiguity, and ensure key dates and deliverables are met
  • Strong teammate and successful collaborator with the ability to inspire others and an understanding that failure is part of the creative innovation process
  • Ability to ideate, generate, develop, and implement prototypes
  • Resume submission (PDF) required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment on a summer project brief and existing programs
  • Effectively communicate and present concepts to various internal and external audiences, sharing vision, building momentum, gathering feedback, influencing, and gaining alignment
  • Help strengthen and shape the collective as a positive force of creativity and curiosity by engaging and uplifting peers
  • Work with multidisciplinary engineering and development teammates, concept creators, designers, and researchers to create future-forward innovations in footwear, apparel, and experiences
  • Apply engineering and product development skills, entrepreneurial approach, knowledge of athletes, and sport experience to turn bold ideas into reality
