Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Background in design, graphic design, brand design, photography, fine art, or a related field
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience
  • Resume submission (PDF strongly preferred)
  • Portfolio and/or reel showcasing relevant work, exhibiting proficiency in digital design (required; competitive portfolios demonstrate knowledge in photo and video production, art direction, graphic design, 3D digital design, and experiences)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Ability to work on team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities
  • Ability to apply visual skills to communicate complex ideas, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with dedication to collaborate with internal partners and drive to create a positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of Lead Designers and alongside creative directors, brand marketing directors, narrative leads, production, and ops
  • Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap
  • Take ownership of a scoped project to drive impact, challenging critical thinking and developing skills
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary design team to deliver world-class brand design storytelling with innovative thinking and obsession around craft
  • Help craft art direction for photography, video, experiences, and 3D digital design, ensuring content is on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable, and within agreed budgets
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology as relevant to Nike
