Requirements

  • In final year of school with a graduation date between Spring 2026 and Winter 2026, with a focus on Apparel Design, Technical Design, or a related field
  • Must be able to present a portfolio showcasing relevant apparel designs (recommend 3-5 projects illustrating process from ideation to finished product)
  • Experience with apparel design, illustration, and page layout software in a team or production environment
  • Excellent organizational and people skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe CC Suite and Illustrator (required)
  • Knowledge of 3D apparel programs such as Lotta and CLO, and collaborative tools such as Smartsheets and Miro (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support Design to create and finalize apparel details across multiple levels of product (from athlete to retail) using 2D and 3D tools to communicate intent
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions
  • Create and present PR (product requirements)
  • Conduct proto reviews
  • Maintain tools that bring product to life
  • Work with multiple teams across sport dimensions, development, and operations to support seasonal category apparel product creation
  • Communicate independently and collaboratively with teams to meet project deadlines
