Requirements

  • Ability to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports
  • Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed), starting at 4:30 PM
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift
  • Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse)
  • Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely and accurately select customer orders
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
  • Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment
  • Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free
  • Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders
  • Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area
