The training base rate is $23.00 per hour, and after training, associates receive incentive-based pay determined by productivity metrics such as cases scanned per hour. Compensation also depends on relevant experience, skills, location, and other factors.
Shifts start at 4:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. Associates must be able to work 8+ hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to read and communicate in English, work physically demanding 8+ hour night shifts, and have recent experience in endurance-based roles like warehouse or construction preferred. Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack is also preferred.
