Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework is required, along with a strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Experience leading a development team and managing multiple projects simultaneously is also necessary, alongside excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and DevOps practices, as well as experience integrating third-party APIs and working with databases like SQL Server, is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a .Net Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions, designing and architecting applications using .NET technologies while adhering to best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications. You will conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Furthermore, you will be expected to make critical architectural decisions aligning with business objectives and ensure the high performance and responsiveness of applications.
