Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, motion, typography, and layout is required, along with proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Experience with storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation/rendering is necessary, as are strong design sensibilities, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
The Motion Graphic Designer will design compelling visuals and animate them for GIFs, videos, and templates across web and social platforms. They will produce detailed visualizations and motion assets for marketing, transform complex data into engaging motion graphics, and help build a motion library. This role involves upholding and evolving brand identity, collaborating cross-functionally, incorporating feedback, managing multiple projects independently, and staying current on design trends and tools.
